Large Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Rachel Alldredge is a Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet and has been working in the technology industry for over 10 years. With an MBA in Strategic Management, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she’s teamed up with countless companies to explore process efficiencies at all levels of an organization. Prior to Smartsheet, Rachel worked at iHeartMedia as a Product Owner where she led large projects, including executive portfolio reporting in her area. She is passionate about process improvement, empowering customers to accomplish more with less, and building lasting relationships by helping customers continuously evolve and improve over time. Rachel resides in the Texas Hill Country and enjoys spending time with her two golden retrievers on the family ranch.

David Olszewski

Capacity Manager

David is a Process Engineer for the Capacity Management team at Signify Health. He has over 6 years experience using Smartsheet to develop and implement streamlined solutions in both the Healthcare and Logistics industries. His strengths include complex formula building and workflow creation. David attended ENGAGE in 2018 and 2019, and participated in the Smartsheet Hack-For-Good event in 2019. When David is not putting smiles on the faces of his coworkers with his automated solutions, he can be found goofing around with his wife and two daughters, building LEGO sets, or spending time on his recliner watching Bluey or pretty much anything related to Star Wars, Marvel, or Doctor Who.
