Our latest updates make workspaces simple to build, highly adaptable, work-focused solutions that promote increased productivity and better results all in one location from the big picture down to the details. With our improved workspace, you can create, manage and share everything you need to run anything as simple as a task list or as sophisticated as a world-wide program for multi-million dollar projects.
With this release, we’ve also improved Home, Search and Create - tying into a broader theme of bringing all the pieces you need to manage work’s little, and big, problems in a single place. We’re building off the recent momentum we made to the workspace solution panel, WorkApps, etc. empowering users of all experience levels to easily solve a business challenge by assembling the platform pieces necessary to address it.
Here’s what our customers can expect next time they open Smartsheet.
A sleek, new Home experience showcasing both suggested items and all of your workspaces, quickly getting you into your work without the need to visit Browse.
Our improved Search has moved to the left rail alongside the other navigation tools making it easier to find that specific thing you need to reference or action. Search is smarter than ever with better fuzzy matching, forgiving misspellings and when users don’t remember the exact name -we’ve all been there.
A faster way to jump-start work with the "Create Solution" button. Allowing users to quickly create a workspace from the get go and add to it for easy organization.
